Daniela Dakaj

Daniela Dakaj is a violinist born in France who first grew up in Vienna and the Auvergne and came to Germany at the age of eleven. She began playing the violin at five and studied orchestral performance and music education at the conservatoires of Dresden and Saarbrücken. After a first engagement at the Saarländisches Staatstheater she became section principal in the Philharmonisches Orchester der Hansestadt Lübeck and also appeared as a guest at the state operas of Hamburg and Hanover. Since 2009 she has been associated with the Pepe Lienhard Orchestra and took part in the tours with Udo Jürgens and in the project „Da Capo Udo Jürgens“.
