Adam Fischer

Conductor

* 1949 in Budapest; Hungarian conductor; studied in Budapest and Vienna with Hans Swarowsky; won the Guido Cantelli Competition in Milan in 1973; posts as general music director at the Vienna State Opera, the Staatstheater Kassel and the Nationaltheater Mannheim; founder of the Austro-Hungarian Haydn Philharmonic (1987); honorary conductor of the Düsseldorfer Symphoniker.
