Johannes Hill was born in Taunusstein in 1988. He received his first musical training in the Wiesbadener Knabenchor, where as a boy he already took solo parts; he then studied singing with Hans Christoph Begemann at the Hochschule für Musik Mainz. He works internationally as an oratorio and concert singer. Since 2020 he has been a member of the WDR Rundfunkchor and also works regularly with ensembles such as the Kammerchor Stuttgart, Collegium Vocale Gent, Chorwerk Ruhr and the Zürcher Sing-Akademie.
