After early piano lessons and training at the Central Music School in Moscow she completed her studies at the Tchaikovsky State Conservatory with the soloist’s diploma. Among her particular fields of work are the vocal works of Giacinto Scelsi and Iannis Xenakis and first performances of compositions by Johannes Fritsch, Peter Ablinger, Bernhard Lang and Anna Ikramova, among others. Her appearances have taken her to the Biennale di Venezia, the Donaueschinger Musiktage, Wien Modern and the Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival. With her own compositions, sound actions and multimedia works she extends the possibilities of instrumental and vocal performance beyond the traditional concert format.
