* 1935 in Rheinberg; German painter, graphic artist and speaker; she studied free graphic art and painting at the Werkkunstschule Krefeld with Kadow and Fassbender and at the Kunstakademie München with Geitlinger, and in a second course of study art, art studies and philosophy for teaching art at grammar schools. From 1982 to 1998 she was an art teacher at the Werner-Jäger-Gymnasium in Nettetal-Lobberich and for several years led dance theatre projects; afterwards she again worked freelance. Her pictures were exhibited in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Groningen and Munich, among other places; in 2014 she also worked as a fairy-tale teller. On the album Mirjam Wiesemann: Weht ein Stadtspaziergang durch den Traum (Audiobook) (2014) she reads, with Mirjam and Tara Wiesemann, texts from the art book of the same name; for the booklet of the album Katrin Dorn: Tangogeschichten (2004) she created tango illustrations.
