Tara Wiesemann

Speaker

Speaker in Cybele’s word-and-music productions. Born in Duisburg in 1998, she spoke her first roles as a child. In Arnold Schönberg: Die Prinzessin (2008) she took the title role alongside Romeo Merz as the Wolf and Lorenzo Liebetanz as the Red Fox and the Grandmother; there the three also retold Schönberg’s story “Afrika” and at the end read quotations by and about Arnold Schönberg. In Auf Flügeln in die Tiefe (2010) she spoke the four interpolated texts in dialogue with Mirjam Wiesemann, and in Weht ein Stadtspaziergang durch den Traum (2014) alongside Mirjam Wiesemann and Renate Wiesemann-Fuchs. Three albums connect her with the label, all from the audiobook series: Arnold Schönberg: Die Prinzessin (2008), awarded the ECHO Klassik 2009 and the LEOPOLD media prize, Auf Flügeln in die Tiefe (2010) and Weht ein Stadtspaziergang durch den Traum (2014). In all three productions she speaks alongside Mirjam Wiesemann.
