Sung Min Song

Tenor

The tenor Sung Min Song, who comes from Seoul, first took a degree in computer science and then studied singing at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München. He was a soloist at the Saarländisches Staatstheater and the Staatstheater Augsburg and has been a member of the ensemble of the Nationaltheater Mannheim since the 2024/25 season. There he has sung Turiddu in *Cavalleria rusticana*, Alfredo in *La Traviata* and Luigi in Puccini’s *Il trittico*, among other roles. His work joins the Italian operatic repertoire to extensive concert activity, including great sacred works and appearances with radio and symphony orchestras.
