The Ensemble TRA I TEMPI was founded in Bonn in 1993 and is devoted to contemporary music in concert and music theatre. Under the musical direction of Michael Veltman and Friedrich Jaecker the eight-strong group, which can be enlarged for particular projects, works with flute, clarinet, percussion, keyboard instruments, voice, violin, viola, cello and double bass. In the series “Erlebnis Neue Musik” at the Theater im Ballsaal Bonn the ensemble realises first performances and portrait concerts, among others on Julius Eastman, Giacinto Scelsi and Morton Feldman. Cybele Records released the album Portrait Friedrich Jaecker with the ensemble in 2001.
