Antje Bitterlich

Antje Bitterlich is a German soprano whose focus lies in the lyric coloratura repertoire. After permanent engagements at the Schleswig-Holsteinisches Landestheater, the Nationaltheater Mannheim and the Theater Dortmund she has worked freelance since 2013. Her repertoire includes Lucia, Gilda, Violetta, the Queen of the Night, Konstanze, Zerbinetta, Sophie, Olympia and Adele. Guest appearances have taken her to the Deutsche Oper am Rhein, among other houses; her programmes join virtuoso agility to clear delivery of the text.
